Does anyone know how to use paint tool sai? I want to make my manga out of it. But I don't know how to make a rough sketch. Or does anyone use a digital art system that is easy?

I deleted my old stuff and ill be posting a manga.
Its going to be called Intoxication. Its about a guy who was tested against his consent. Someone breaks him out and 5 years later h finds the person who saved him.
But in other hands the reason why i have been gone was because.... well some f you who i talk to on facebook know about my temper and i took a break from here due to unnoticed hard work and stolen work.
